Dagens Träning

Nu verkar min kropp ha bestämt sig för att vakna 10-30 minuter innan väckarklockan. Bara att acceptera och gå upp antar jag. Fördelen är ju att man hinner med lite mera övningar och cardio i slutet av träningen och ändå hinna med samma tåg 😀
Hade helt slut med re-kaged (post-workout) också och igår fick vi hem en rejäl beställning som vi delar med två andra.

Måste dock dricka mer vatten på kvällarna. Kände mig hyfsat uttorkad under träningen och då är det lite för sent att hinna återställa vätskenivån. Mera vatten på kvällen! (blev istället två glas vin till maten :P)
