Dagens Träning

Att nöta 15 rep per set har tagit sin rätt 😛 Har helt ok med träningsvärk i stort sett överallt 🙂 Blir nog en vecka till och sen sänker jag repetitioner och ökar med vikter. Kanske kör lite intensiv funktionell träning mellan där. Och så vill jag valla skidorna och åka skidor… god damnit… så mycket man vill göra men man vill ju inte tappa gaaaaains! 😀

Arnold sjuan (twentyones) 4×21
Cable Lying Bicep Curls 4×10 (var så tärd att jag bara orka med tior, borde ha sänkt…. woulda shoulda coulda….)
